Dear Members:

I am writing to update you on what is happening with the campaign.

At this point, we have over 800 signatures in hand from eleven different counties (last week we were at 500 from 7 counties). I am still getting reports of more out there. I need 10,000 by July 15 so I am over 8% of the way there.

This week, Terrie Williams has agreed to be the E-mail Coordinator for the campaign. Terrie lives in Myrtle Beach, home schools her children, and wants to work for an America that has true sovereignty over its borders.

This past Saturday I was in Beaufort County gathering signatures from voters who participated in their local referendum. On Monday I was in Greenville County to gather signatures for the petition, meet with supporters, and do a newspaper interview with the Times-Examiner and a radio show on WORD-AM. Once again, I was energized by the welcome that I was given.

On Saturday, tomorrow, I will be in Spartanburg again, for the Spring Fling Festival to gather more signatures. The campaign will have a Petition Signature Collection Booth. Please stop by if you can.
