 les W. Allbaugh Jr. and Joe C. Chesser II. The Cunningham Supervisor race h
 as a Republican candidate\, Donald Weaver\, so the Independent Candidate\, 
 Keith B. Smith\, is not qualified to be endorsed. All candidates for School
  Board are qualified to be endorsed. They are\, from Columbia\, Camilla D.
