“ The group provides a rare opportunity to meet like-minded people and vent about those ignorant libs! Perhaps we will also help elect state and local Republican candidates and, for that, numbers are power. ”

“ It's a great opportunity to enjoy the company of like-minded people in the Boston area. There are some regular attendees at the Hennessys meetups, but the crowd and conversation is different every month. Come out to socialize, network, talk politics or not, or just have a good drink and dinner. ”

“ It would help lift the subjects and projection a future for adult female Republicans in Massachusetts. However, I liked the casual setting opening up everyone to who they are. A few feet got stepped on. I am mostely with Republican upper crust and have always made feel at ease their children. As it is my females in Boston-Republican, I will keep attending meetups. However, I would prefer to see the females meetup at a less noisy, catered, theater room and/or board room, perhaps at the 85 Merrimac Street location. Also, Amanda the organizer, suggested some non-work night activities to alternate month meetups, such as karaoke (which I do not like but, would attend) which I think is nice. I do not recommend Boston, itself, for the weary or light of thought. The populace is segmented and, the strength within same punches through, such as on the topic of one cent. I am comfortable enough with the thoughts of the seven women who were at the meetup, with myself. ”
— Kyra Ann Parker-Nelson on Feb 17, 2009.
“ This could be a much more exciting group. I assumed people who were meeting with this group would want to engage in some thoughtful, interesting discussions. ”

“ If you're tired of being a closet conservative in the liberal Mecca of Boston, then this is the group for you! ”
